Job description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for the following important objectives:
- Making outbound calls, approximately 30-60 calls per day;
- Driving customers to close transactions;
- Registering each new customer in the CRM program;
- Constantly updating the CRM program with comments and tasks;
- Daily completion of sales report and activity report;
- Setting and executing customer appointments in the scheduling software;
- Fulfill the Sales Plan set by the Sales Director;
- Reporting to Supervisor information on the status of scheduled activities, ongoing activities and new situations created.

You will be privileged if:
- You have finance/insurance experience in a role involving customer communication;

- You are familiar with and have worked with a CRM system and know what follow-up means in sales;
- You have communicated P2P (person to person) with customers on a daily basis;
- You have read sales books and implemented sales technologies;
- You have taken communication and sales training courses;
- You have knowledge and understand the importance of an ongoing relationship with a customer;
- You are self-motivated and goal and target oriented;
- You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues;
- You have knowledge of MS Office.
