This type of insurance is mandatory for foreigners and non-residents, since without a valid insurance policy it is impossible to obtain a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Moldova, without which a long stay in the country is prohibited.
This type of policy, depending on the insured amount, can cover:
- Emergency care of hospitalized patients, including the provision of medicines;
- Emergency outpatient care;
- Provision of medicines in outpatient and polyclinic emergency medical care;
- Emergency dental care.
